Education: | Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or related field), or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience. |
Experience: | Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Sound experience with the application of physics and mathematics. |
Computer Skills: | Ability to use a PC, tablet, or laptop. Proficient in suite of Microsoft Office products; PowerPoint, Word, Sage PC, BIM 360, and Excel. |
Certifications & Licenses: | Because this position requires travel, the employee: • Must have a valid drivers’ license. Must already have, or be able to complete requirements for OSHA 30 certification. |
Other Requirements: | Must be able to receive instruction and supervision. Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills. Regular, timely, predictable, and dependable attendance is required. High level of discernment and the ability to communicate the reason to support your decisions and know when/who to involve when changes and problems arise. |
